"Rooms are old and outdated. No fridge or usb outlets in room. Construction in lobby which was noisy would have liked to know ahead of time"

"Spotlessly clean through out the hotel. Delicious breakfast. Reception staff, so very friendly and helpful. Concierge amazingly helpful. Stayed here often, many years ago and we are back and not going anywhere else."

"The city studio is small. The kitchen equipment is very basic, a little more could be provided. We stayed for 4 nights, requested new towels and to take garbage out half way through our stay. No one came. Had to go to front desk and they gave me towels and a garbage bag, i was not impressed"

"They neglected to clean my room one day, and the next time, they only made the beds without vacuuming or doing anything else. I always had to call to request water and clean towels. Despite being a very nice hotel overall, these small details are quite disappointing."
