The staff were super helpful in helping us get a ride to the airport in Chitose when we got stuck without a rental car that we were expecting. Great stay. Would stay here again."

"This is a very nice property. A few things need to be maintained and checked. The humidifiers were quite gross upon removal of the tanks to refill. I own a humidifier, they require cleaning. I lightly cleaned them myself with warm water, but didn’t want to use our only abrasive sponge.
