"We stayed here as a family of four with kids ages 17 and 13, and overall had a great experience. The property is impressive, several pools, and plenty of dining options. While there were lines at times, they were very manageable (usually 10 to 20 minutes). We only made one reservation during our stay, for the hibachi at Zen, and had no trouble eating well otherwise. The only disappointing meal we had was at Ipanema. The staff was very friendly which really enhanced our stay. Our room was amazing, clean and comfortable The main downside was pool and beach seating. If you don’t get towels and secure chairs by around 8:30-9:00am, it can be tough to find a spot later. Bring cash. Tips are welcomed and clearly appreciated by the staff, and it seems to be an important part of their income. Overall, this is an excellent resort, especially for families with teens"

" The hotel was truly impressive, as shown in the pictures. Our butler, Wilbur, exceeded all expectations he was incredibly attentive, proactive, and consistently pleasant. The staff overall was wonderful, and the entertainment team was especially kind and engaging, particularly Xavier and Babyface. The food was excellent across the resort, with the French restaurant being my favorite. Overall, every dining experience was really, really good, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay."

"We loved our stay at this resort. The beach was beautiful and and weather was perfect during our stay of Christmas week. The staff is very friendly and attentive to all our needs. The food is very very good. We celebrated my parents 50th anniversary there and the staff was more than helpful in meeting all of our special requests. We would definitely come and stay here again. "
