"Room appeared clean but had lots of allergens "

"The location of the hotel is excellent, close to many transportation, shopping and dining options! Our room is spacious (including the bathroom), very atypical for Hong Kong! The unobstructed view is also wonderful. Staff is professional and courteous. Because Registration is located on the 2nd floor, there is generally one or two staff stationed on the ground floor to greet guests. Our one complaint, however, is the insufficient noise insulation. We can hear the traffic throughout the night! We definitely recommend this hotel if noise is not an issue for you!"

"The hotel is easy to find and its location is convenient. However, Registration is actually on the 3rd (?) floor but there is no sign at the entrance of the building/hotel or by the elevator to direct or instruct guests. The check-in process was inefficient because the staff asked us to type in all the required info. This should be the job of the staff who is familiar with all the required entries since they would be dealing with it day in and day out. As it was, my husband had to ask the staff what he needed to type which prolonged the check-in process. Not to mention that we were tired from traveling and we just wanted to go to our room! We were pleasantly surprised by how quiet our room was even though it faced the street. I personally didn't like that there was a big step to enter the bathroom. That can be hazardous! "

"Everything was pretty good. But they gave us a corner room even though we requested a non-corner room. The screen mirroring for the tv did not work either. It would’ve been nice if we could enjoy some tv time during the night. "

"One of my best ever hotel stays. Honestly, felt like I was the first one to ever stay in the room. That is an extremely rare thing. Fantastic renovations. Room makes you feel like you’re staying inside of a movie theater. Room sparkling clean. Comfortable bed. Special “birthday cake” presentation surprise on table for Mom’s birthday. So nice. Staff very helpful and accommodating. Everyone very friendly. Location is unparalleled. Just a bit further from park entrance than Disneyland hotel…but the extra walk alongside the sea is amazing. This park has the most beautiful atmosphere of all the Disney parks. Hollywood Hotel grounds are gorgeous, lobby is fun to relax in late night after park visit, running-walking pathways nearby are incredible. Go to Inspiration Lake sometime! I’ll definitely stay again at the Hollywood!"

"The hotel is just fine, not better. My view from the 26th floor to the harbour was great. But that’s where it ends. The elevator situation is a problem. Even though there are 5 of them you are always waiting and they tend to stop at almost every floor. Also getting water and ice can only be done on the 5th floor which means going up and down and using the terrible elevators. I wouldn’t return"
