You will be very welcome there. The country side view is one of a kind beauty. The free breakfast is great with native and western foods. You will like it here."

"The hotel was great, with a good hot shower, and the room was exceptionally clean. While staying there I had clothes that needed washing and the hotel staff got the job done, in 2 hours, for a reasonable fee. The location is about halfway between Chau Doc market and Mount Sam. It was easy to get to and from, at a reasonable rate by motorcycle taxi. The only downside is that it is far away from any restaurants, which are near Chau Doc or Mt. Sam. "

"We loved our stay at the Victoria Hotel! We booked a river side room on the third floor, which was very quiet and the view was spectacular! The staff were also wonderful. The rooms could use a little maintenance on things like the rusted shower head and older beds, but those minor details didn’t detract from our stay. Food in the restaurant was also very good. We also loved strolling the nearby pedestrian river walk and the hotel is very convenient for getting to the ferry to Phnom Penh in the morning. The only thing we would have appreciated more is if the breakfast room opened at 6:00 instead of 6:15 because it was very rushed to get to the ferry on time. However, this was one of our favourite stays in SE Asia this trip, and we highly recommend it!"

"Very nice welcome. The lady organised our bus pickup for the next day. Her restaurant suggestion was excellent. The upstairs bar with the self-service and the pool table are a real treat. "

"We hired 3 x room, 2 of the front rooms was quite noise and smell of food from street vendors from 5am. However, the hotel deserves a good pass mark for the effort it put on, in overall. "

"Good hostel with the best staff. Bed was extremely hard and hard to sleep on. Bit of a walk to most areas just a bit out of town."
