"Clean room, good breakfast, staff helpful"

"Stayed for a 3 nights on my way back through Hong Kong to Canada, was a great stay, room was spotless, comfy bed, lots of amenities. The staff were super friendly and helpful. The pool bar and pool itself at definitely worth a visit. Great view from up there!! Also in a very convenient location to bustling neighbourhoods and high end shopping, best of both worlds. Would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone"

"Loved the hotel, especially the service from the highly competent staff!"

"Had a fantastic few days in the city. The hotel is modern and has a fantastic Euro-style cafe in reception, serving great coffee and fresh breakfasts and lunches. Friendly and very helpful staff made it a very pleasant stay and our room was clean and made available to us as early as they could. It was a corner room with views over the city, amazing at night. The hotel is well placed and makes for easy walks to everything you would want to experience in the area."

"We had an amazing room upgrade so wish I could have stayed longer!"

"Very clean and great staff!"

"Location is excellent - walking to bay boat trips, shopping, underground, museums. Long walk to ladies market 45 min - but did it multiple times and very interesting walk if you dont mind a few miles. Room overlooked bay had two bedrooms and a kitchen - was like an apartment. Lobby is kind of small - but nice shared space with vie of pay on 10th floor. Kitchen was awesome for us as we ate home two nights which was a big relief from eating out after two weeks travelling. Wish they had a bar...

"Loved this hotel in Shanghai. Highly recommend."

"Nice staff and great location! Will stay again"

"The room we had had smelled of cigarette smoke especially the bathrooms Not a good choice for us"

"The place was clean and the staff was friendly and helpful."

"Smaller size rooms are the norm in space-confined Hong Kong, but this property made good use of the Executive Room floor plan, perfectly adequate for my stay. Entire facility was clean, and having two elevators serving the building meant that car waits were minimized. Air conditioning was effective."
