"We had a great stay for one night. Requested a room with a view and was not disappointed. The view was amazing but the room was also spacious and clean. Breakfast was disappointing. It was very busy and crowded and the buffet items could use an upgrade. Regardless, would definitely stay here again. "

I literally have to book another hotel in the middle of my first night here because I couldn't sleep on this god awful mattress. They also gave me a twin bed too when I specifically asked for a king bed. Staff unwilling to compromise or even consider a partial refund. Well, that's cool, ur just losing my business from now on. "Master chef Ma was amazing. The breakfast was the best. The room had a very bad smoky smell. Staff should have assess the room before allowing patrons to use it. "

"I was disappointed that this hotel had the same musty smell as other hotels I stayed at in the region, despite being a more luxurious choice for me. When I asked if there was a dehumidifier to help with the dampness, I returned that evening to find I’d been given a humidifier. I confess I found it funny, and did not bother with trying to get the correct machine. I suspect fewer soft furnishings used during the next remodel (tile rather than carpet, blinds rather than curtains, and paint rather than wallpaper) would help. Other than that, and a little black mold around the edge of the sink interior, it was a charming hotel. "
