"Nice little hotel in quiet area. Easy walking to Hyde Park and Kensington Park area. We were group of four women and had a great room which was divided into two rooms with bathroom in between. Continental breakfast was great for our needs. "

"This is my "go to" hotel in London. The staff here are great. The rooms are comfortable and clean. We upgraded our room and we enjoyed A/C, a mini fridge and a fancy coffee maker. The breakfast buffet is really good. They have now added hot food items like bacon, sausages, fried eggs, baked beans. There is also a fancy coffee machine now. The hotel is in a great area for transport, shopping, and dining.
You will not be disappointed! "
"Staff was great and friendly. They were very helpful anytime we needed help with something. Location was so close to Paddington underground, bus stations, and dining options. "
"Room was very small but exceptionally clean and newly renovated. Staff were the highlight of this hotel, super helpful and accommodating. Great location."
"Very clean room. Close to public transportation.
Best value breakfast really enjoyable.
Only downside was I had the room at the very top of the hotel difficult with a suitcase. Ask for assistance .
However I would definitely stay here again, great location for the price."
"Excellent location, friendly and helpful staff, very minimal and well-designed room and comfortable bed. It would be nice if there was a small wardrobe. "
