"The Japanese style room wasn’t a futon on the ground, it was just a spring form mattress. The tatami mats were dirty. The house cleaning schedule was confusing. The hotel is situated in the red light district so not the most fun place to hang out at night. Wouldn’t recommend to families traveling with kids. "

"Not the most sound proof rooms, bathroom has constant smell, other than that the rooms are nice. There is only one elevator which broke for almost a whole day, and only emergency stairs are available. Was never offered a refund or discount even though most of the day I couldn’t leave my floor. "
