"Spent three days at the property. Amenities are great however, rooms are very basic. Beds are hard, toilet didn’t flush, shower leaked into the bathrooms. Overall water park is the best feature if you’re looking only for that."

"The pool area was fabulous! It was spread out so you are not on top of each other. They wait on you so you don’t need to get up. Lazy river was nice to float around in. Rooms are very clean. I would definitely stay here again."

"I’m disappointed the hotel charged £26.75 for 3 nights bed tax. The outside/rooms were being refurbished we were not told in advance. We had a studio with a kitchens no utensils, kettle or coffee machines. No daily housekeeping only on request I would not recommend this hotel. Very disappointed"
