"Great location steps away from the airport which was perfect for us when connecting flight got cancelled in the middle of the night. The night staff was very attentive to my family’s needs. Ceylan was especially kind and helpful, thank you! Not sure I can share the same opinion about the morning shift staff. They seemed to be happy to make extra money out of us."

"Comfortable rooms - huge reception hall. Lights switches labelled for each area of the room along with a master switch. MAKE UP - room indicator for the room to be serviced was a really good idea. The request for 500 Euro on check in as a deposit was a surprise and unusual from other countries. Huge selection at breakfast along with a dedicated egg station manned by the Chef. Good quiet air con. On our last night there was one ceiling light that would not switch off despite our various attempts. "
