"The shower was great the room nice and clean. The front desk was very nice checking in and out. They were nice and gave us a late check out. Only improvement i would suggest is that the bed is a little to firm (not uncomfortable, but not comfortable either)"

It took about 30 to 45 minutes to check in a pre-booked guest room. They are also not professional when handling check-in procedures. "Its a very new property and fantastic facilities, very nice rooms and very very new. The staff even though quite new, are very hospitable. The breakfast is great and the pool as well. Location is very very central and very close to the KLCC. We stayed in a 2 room configuration which was great, value for money as well and we were able to walk to the Convention hall within couple of minutes. Wouldn't hesitate to stay here again. - Patrick"
