We were looking for something in the area, and most places listed were like those in the overly commercialised and hyped Genting Highlands resort. But The Chateau was something in another league - for those who want the scenery and the serentiy that you would hope to find in the mountains, well away from the crowds and casinos. I have only positive things to say about The Chateau.
The hotel was finely created and maintained. Every finishing touch was tasteful, and everything worked and...

Excellent staffs.. Excellent Service! We were greeted with fresh & enthusiastic staffs! A big thumbs up to The bell captains, security staffs 👍
Mosaic restaurant staffs very efficient & helpful.. (Reza). Buffet breakfast - wide spread.
Checkin & out has no issue. Front desk staff Nik was excellent.
Rooms are fully equipped & comfortable beds! Housekeeper Ros has kept the room tidy & clean at all time!
But it would be better if the toilets door could be latched & comes with shower curtain....

Grand Hyatt is strategically located in the heart of Kuala Lumpur, 5 minutes of walking distance to Suria KLCC and Petronas Twin Towers.
Following through an air-conditioned walkway for 6-7 minutes will bring you to the Pavilion shopping centre. The hotel extraordinarily convenient in terms of dining & shopping.

First time staying at this hotel along with my wife and 2 young daughters. Hotel is extremely classy, clean and with excellent service. The room was spacious, quiet and comfortable. Location is super convenient too, with direct access to the IOI Mall which has plenty of shops and restaurants.
Super impressed with the hotel and will definitely be back again!

A very nice location right next to the twin towers. Fantastic roof-top bar with pool, overlooking the twin towers. Fantastic bunch of team, from the check-in team to the customer service by the pool, the conciege and the roof-top bar. Special mention of Dolly, who made our day from the moment we step foot into W.

My husband and I make 4 to 5 trips to KL each year and each time we stayed at One World. With exception for an earlier trip this year, my office booked me at their sister hotel also located within One Utama. Their F&B is the best and hospitality is excellent.
