"The checking-in process is not well coordinated and the booking was a mess. St Nomad Hospitality said it was cross booked between Traveloka and Expedia. I’m totally unhappy about it. Secondly, the St Nomad person contacted and pestered for deposit and other cost day and night prior checking in. Again, this experience was unnecessary and certainly didn’t expect from Expedia bookings. "Excellent wifi and proximity to shopping malls and mrt. Fast checkout.
Check in was frustrating. I booked the superior queen room but was given the standard queen room. Showed them the pictures posted on Expedia website but they insisted they had given me the superior queen. Finally they gave me one that looked closer to the room I booked.
The aircon compressors outside made a continuous loud noise as long as the aircon was on. Renovation was going on outside my door - not a pleasant...
