AC is just right, not too cold. Staff are friendly and helpful. Bed is so comforting!!! Soft pillows and bed! Location is super convenient. Easily accessible to the MRT, LRT and KLIA trains."

I had submitted a few requests in advance of my stay, including arranging a bouquet of flowers to be placed in the room prior to check-in, but did not receive any response. This lack of reply affected my overall experience and expectations for the stay."

"The pool area is the main attraction here, awesome views. The room was huge! But you can see the building is not new, many little fixes needed in the room, don't get me wrong, great stay, but you can see the building is not new in the details. Breakfast was ok, had options in terms of continental vs asian, but not extensive. Staff was amazing! Overall, great stay."
