Hotels with Views in Kampung Manggis

My family of 5(adults) stayed for 2nights as we had to attend a wedding at Shah Alam. We chose this hotel as it was close to the wedding hall. We had checked in well and the staff(especially Mr Sivan) was very kind, helpful and patient with us in all our queries. My mum is of special needs but we were always helped at or smiled at. was nice seeing this. The place is definitely good value for money. I did not get to cover ICITY at all but it was obvious it was a kids theme park. there is a...

Good place to stay. Breakfast was good. Other restaurant and 24/7 shop just a minute walk.

Great place and excellent facilities

Nice, clean and convenient.

need to upgrade, but overall still acceptable. Fitness centre treadmill almost down feel itchy halfway sleep in the night, not sure i;m dirty :) or the cover

We always book Saujana when we're in the area for work. This stay is as normal, consistently delightful. Upon check-in, we ordered for a morning cab to the airport and upon check-out, i was pleased that the receptionist could greet me by name and direct me to the cab before I said anything.

The room was clean, tidy, and well-maintained. The bed linen and towels were fresh, and the bathroom was hygienic. Overall, a comfortable and pleasant stay.

The service staff was not fluent in English. When I tried to find out about their current promotion shown at the counter, they were not able to assist. The location is good though.

My husband and I make 4 to 5 trips to KL each year and each time we stayed at One World. With exception for an earlier trip this year, my office booked me at their sister hotel also located within One Utama. Their F&B is the best and hospitality is excellent.

I will book again, the environment is good and clean.

Very newly and lavishly renovated, large rooms, huge beds, worth every cent, great hotel to stay

Fantastic service and love the hotel decor and breakfast

We are large family with 4 young boys and the staff where really great with them. We had connecting rooms and they were on the large side. The buffet is best for breakfast and lunch - the dinner was a bit pricey. The second night we went to the connecting mall and had hawker food which was great. We went to the water park next door - tickets were on a high side when the water park is a bit dated but the kids had a wonderful day there. We will be definitely coming back.

Great service. Attentive and very hospitable. Great for families

Front seat staff is very friendly and helpful. Room service is not very good. We ask for extra quilt twice, and then we got it.
