1. The Oceanus Shopping Mall is not fully operational. However the 3 convenient-marts along the corridor did help.
2. The bathroom walk-in closet is fantastic. More lighting in shower and vanity area will help in attending ourselves. Sofa and carpet looks pretty aged. It will be good if there’s a sofa cover (washable) to rest on, feeling more fresh and comfortable. The tv top quarter screen illumination is dark-shaded, uneven one-sided brightness.
