"Dinner can be provided. We had pizza and pasta and both were excellent. Host is very nice and gave us a nice introduction. Highly recommend this property. "

"Amazing room, especially for the price, even as a solo traveller. Would definitely recommend (and have done to friends and family already). Great location, can see the deer from the window. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Basically an apartment, with a hob to cook on, a washing machine, just amazing. I can praise highly enough. Wish I could have stayed longer, and will definitely return if I ever go to Japan again."

"The house itself is spacious and cozy. The garden is a pretty one and invites for relaxing hours in the sun. We got a tour through the facilities by the extremly kind host! I definitely recommend staying here."

"My wife and I loved our time at this property. It has a very cute garden where we would sit and have tea. We also enjoyed the art display in the living room, which was all made by the host’s mother. The property is in an area away from the city where we could get a taste of everyday life in Japan, so we were delighted every time we walked to and from the train stations. Plus, our host was very helpful and attentive, she assisted us to get our luggage forwarded to our next hotel.

"Beautiful and simple stay.. it was very easy to get to universal studios. Wouldn’t make this a long term stay given the area.. very local area. But if this place was in a main city I’d stay here everyday! "

"Incredible stay. Very quiet area, but close to transit and walkable to a lot of sight-seeing locations and great food. Hosts are extremely responsive and staff is very helpful. Had great rests here. Would stay again the next time I'm in Osaka"

"You check in yourself, you really don’t deal with staff unless you need something..the rooms were clean and had the amenities needed, except iron which you need to check out at front desk. They provide razors, soaps, toothbrush, etc…the beds and pillows were comfy…location close to station and close enough to Dotonbori..had a 7-11 in hotel 👍..had a double room so it seemed good size..single rooms would feel small…"
"We absolutely loved our stay at Hotel Universal Port Vita! The room was immaculate, the beds were incredibly comfortable, and the room stayed nice and cold, which made sleeping so easy. They even had a large humidifier that doubled as the perfect white noise machine, we slept great every night.
The staff was always friendly and helpful. We originally booked through a third-party app, which was much cheaper than booking at the hotel, and we loved our stay so much that we extended it by another night.
We didn't purchase the breakfast, but it was reasonably priced if we had wanted to add it. One of our favorite features was the free on-site lockers at check out or check in! You simply swipe your Suica card, store your bags, and come back whenever you're finished exploring, such a convenient perk!
The room also had English TV channels, a good-sized mini fridge, plenty of outlets, and a spacious bathroom.
This was easily a 5-star experience for us, and I'm pretty picky! We would absolutely stay here again on our next trip to Japan."
"10/10 very clean, luxurious feel and the staff is very helpful and attentive. Forwarded my luggage to them and it was there waiting for me during check in. Was only really there to sleep but I wish I had time to actually explore the hotel and its amenities."
