"Clean room and a super-comfortable, cozy bed. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Walking distance to plenty of shops and restaurants. Only 16 mins' walk to the huge Primark on Oxford St. The lobby looks lovely as they've just put up their Christmas decorations. would definitely stay there again!"

"Clean room (smelt great!) was able to get a room away from the street so it was quiet. Gym was helpful so I could do a run on the treadmill without having to run in the rain outside. Staff were very friendly and helpful"

"All the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay including letting me take food up from the breakfast buffet when my spouse was not feeling well. Always solicitous and checking if we needed anything and we're enjoying it stay. We will definitely stay there again when in London. "
