"Very spacious and great location. We had trouble finding the entrance for check-in. It feels more like Airbnb than a hotel. There is a ¥20K fee for lost key with NFC. We were traveling with the family and appreciate having a separate room. It’s right across sasazuka train station with so many shops."

"I had a wonderful stay! Great location near the train and many shops, restaurants, and bars. Very friendly and helpful staff. Opportunities to commingle with other travelers through the onsite bar and bagel cafe were lovely and made my stay even more enjoyable. Everything was clean and inviting. 10/10 recommend!"

"We had a very pleasant experience at this hotel. While the room was quite small – which is very typical for Tokyo – it was extremely clean, functional, and well-organized. Everything we needed was thoughtfully provided, and the space was used efficiently. The location is fantastic, close to public transport, restaurants, and convenience stores, making it very easy to get around the city. The staff were polite, professional, and always willing to help. We didn’t try the breakfast, so we can’t comment on that, but everything else exceeded our expectations for the price. Despite the compact room, we would absolutely recommend this hotel and would stay here again on a future trip to Tokyo."

"Breakfast was excellent. Very accessible as it is adjacent to a train station. Amenities were good. All facilities and equipment were in good working condition. They cleaned my room everyday. Daily provisions like water, complimentary tea, toilet paper, shower essentials including toothbrush, toothpaste, comb to brush hair, shower caps, etc were provided daily. Excellent service overall! I highly recommend this lovely hotel. "

"Sakura Hotel Hatagaya was a convenient place, close to many stores, restaurants, and transport links. On top of exploring the nice local area, I could walk to major areas like Shibuya. The staff was very friendly and helpful (such as with my luggage transportation) and the property had everything I needed. I can confidently give Sakura Hotel 5 stars, and would stay again."
