"We chose this place for the location. But there were a lot more to it than just the great location. The amenities were awesome: got a bag of clean PJs and a set of towels every day delivered by the door and the selections of tea were great. The best part was the water pressure of the shower! Although the room was really tiny, just enough for 2 retired adults who used the room just for sleeping and resting."

"This place is a traveler's dream. The listing is located in a peaceful town just a few stops away from the touristy Tokyo areas. Despite being small, the room has everything you need for a comfortable stay after long days of exploring. A big plus was having our own washer which is super helpful for longer stays. "The good: the location was great. Close to a few metro stations and lots of buses. Our hostess/property manager was extremely pleasant and welcoming. The bad: the layout of the 2br suite was just bizarre. You entered into a common room of sorts with strange seating. Then you walked through what appeared to be a wardrobe with a sink (??) In to the first bedroom. Quite small, 2 small beds. You exit that room to enter the shower area which only has a curtain for privacy unless you closed in the guests to to the other small rooms. Next came the private washroom on the right past the shower, then the kitchen past the bathroom, also on the right. Lastly was the 2nd bedroom, quite spacious with 2 larger beds. They were insanely uncomfortable! The floor was better than either of these 2 beds. One was so soft you sunk in to the point where it was hard to get out of bed, and the other was like sleeping on bricks. And all of the pillows were dreadful. The kitchen was very small with only a single burner hotplate for non-microwave cooking. I have stayed in other locations of this nature in Tokyo, Osaka, Naha and Ishigaki and they were vastly superior."
