"Good location, good services "

"The laundry room was nice to have. The room we had had no conditioning. Breakfast was good with lots of choices but extremely crowded. We had to wait in line to sit down. The bathroom had a tub in it that you had to step over to shower. Also we requested a double bed and we were told we could only have twin beds."

"Great hotel, well located . Excellent staff. Made use of the gym and the fabulous onsen. Housekeeping was spot on Shame there’s so little storage for clothes on the room and we had to live out of the suitcase. Also a pity the bar shuts so nearly in the evening "

"Great breakfast, reasonably close to trains, lively Kabukicho area. Only downside is slow elevators at peak hours. "

"The room was slightly bigger than the other Japan hotels we stayed at. Def still tight though if you have a lot of luggage. The amenities were good and we liked the bathroom. The spot is very convenient. The view from our room was nice. We know it’s next to the red light district, but if you are from America it def doesn’t feel like that and the people standing outside have big jackets on. It’s very easy to ignore them. Plus the area has so many restaurants and people around that it kind of jus feels like they are just there."
