"We enjoyed our stay-all the comforts of home were included. We had one elderly but healthy family member with us. Since bedrooms were on the top floor and bathroom/living room were on the middle floor, I was a bit worried about the narrow stairwell for my dad. "This place was excellent, right across the street from Shiomi station made getting around Tokyo very easy. Very efficient to get to Tokyo Disney or Tokyo station in the heart of Tokyo. The staff were great and the room was spotless. Family mart is attached to the hotel so anything you might need for the room (food, drinks, snacks) is just 30 seconds from the lobby. Will definitely stay here again."
