"We stayed in the older area. You could tell it was older. We were disappointed because we were expecting what we saw in the pictures. Ask for a renovated room! The waterpark was fun but really only had 3 slides for older kids. Park would be perfect for 4-7 year olds. The restaurant didn’t have a healthy option for lunch. The “free” pool was disgusting when we went to swim at 4 pm. Chunks of hair by the drain, it looked like someone had gotten sick in the hot tub, The club area was beautiful. the arcade and movie theater area were great!"

"We booked one room with four beds but were given two adjoining roooms. But they only give you a key to one side. Once a door is closed to an adjoining room then we get locked out of it. My baby closed the door and was trapped in a room by myself. Front desk was too slammed to help so we had to track down houseold ng to get my baby. The shower was cidn wwith no water pressure. The TV didntork. The lock was ripped off the door so we can't deadbolt one side of the room. And that's just the room and not mentioning all the issues at the pool yesterday. "

"Huge clean rooms and balcony. Grounds are kept clean. All the pools we visited were clean, including the extra shipwreck shores water park. The other pools were all free. Mom had open pool bars when we visited end of March, we did not participate in a timeshare showing. It looks like other visitors enjoyed them. Plenty to do with young children. We took our three year-old and six-year-old boys. Life fest were available at all the pools. Felt safe walking around there. The movie theater was fun. The arcade was awesome. Beautiful resort we did not eat there other than the ice cream and candy shop. There was a full kitchen we had a quiet room in the back. Everyone was friendly and helpful."
