Great stay from arrival to departure. We were nicely welcomed at the Royal Phuket Marina by David, the lovely front of the house manager. Check-in was done at the Marina, very smooth, and we got our room straight away upon arrival on the island. Everything is perfectly organised, the hotel staff is extremely nice, efficient and very helpful.
