"Have a high hope for the place but I went from one surprised to another. The staff is friendly. However, the facility need maintenance and remodeling. The air conditioner is old school, it has no remote control, there is only panel control on the wall to adjust the temperature. DO NOT TRUST PICTURE THEY HAVE ON HERE,"

"Even though we kept our food sealed and away or unopened, there were ants, and even saw a worm in our room. They were quick to come to our room to spray the ants, which was appreciated. When we were checking out, we did so with the front desk, and they didn't ask us for any further payment or anything, so we thought that was all settled. A couple days later, our uncle texted us saying that they said we never paid and that he had to pay for all of us. It was a really confusing experience. There were also no pool towels provided and the floats were a bit dirty and deflating. The bidet leaked even when it was not used. I'd say the photos look better than they do in-person. But still a pretty property. "

"First, it was hard to find the check in location. When we got to place, it was an apartment shared by multiple customers. When I stepped in the apartment, got screamed by a dude in the kitchen telling me to take off my shoes. The receptionist who accompanied us to the property tried to resolve the situation by going back to the office to figure out something. It was already a long day in car so we didn't want to deal with this, so we drove to the Elephant Hotel next door for a fast checkin and good night sleep. "
