Friendly front desk.On the day check in,hotel provide some light refreshment. Upon check in to the room,feels like own home.The hotel vicinity have a food court.Various local delight available.There also a mini shopping centre attschh to the hotel.Going about places are also convenience.

While our time here was short, we found little to complain about during our stay. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming at all times, with the owner/manager constantly on hand to strike up conversation or help you out. We booked 2 Longhouse rooms which were next to each other. Great if they have interconnecting rooms. We had a wonderful 2 nights stay at the clean and wonderful hotel. My whole family enjoyed the breakfast at the beautiful restaurant.The ambience is just so relaxing. Will definitely book this hotel again if we visit Langkawi.

One of the best Hotel that I have stayed in langkawi. I won't mind staying in the same hotel for my next visit. One major reason of the excellent review is because it is brand new. Hotel exterior looks like the only store in the neighborhood however after exploring a little, you can find more stuff nearby. We just spent 8 nights here over the xmas break. It's a fabulous hotel with great facilities. We particularly loved the beach view we had from our room balcony, where we chilled most evenings pre dinner. The location is great, there is an extensive breakfast buffet & the staff are super helpful & friendly. Highly recommend.

This property is really one of its kind, nothing commercialised about it. My mom really enjoyed the scenery and how peaceful it is here, it’s great for a relaxing vacation to just take your mind off things back home. It is the definition of slow living here, and learning to appreciate and be in tune with the beautiful surroundings and unique heritage houses. Staff are all friendly.. Place is clean & accommodative. Love the ambience.. the only thing for myself is the tv channel doesnt have much movie channels like eg HBO & all.. Spa quite expensive.. Swimming hours till from 8am - 8pm quite short for the end time.. toilet bathing area water keeps choking which manually i have to adjust the drainage water input & lastly the toilet bowl of only having the bidet system is quite a hassle as it would better to have the bidet spray would be much easier to...

Resort is very nice and has everything you need. The staff are exceptional and breakfast is great with lots of choices for their guests.

We had a great stay at the Pelangi. It was perfect for our family and young baby. She especially loved the splash pool and water slides which were perfect for children of all ages. The grounds are nicely laid out and relaxing. The service staff was extremely accommodating and made us feel very well taken care of. Would definitely return again in future.
