The Westin is a beautiful hotel. The rooms are modern,clean and comfortable. We loved the bed and slept very well. The food is excellent. We really enjoyed the seafood and the breakfast buffet especially. The staff can't do enough for you and are very approachable. There are a few pools, a lovely pool bar and enough loungers around the place. There was so much to do in Langkawi, we wished we could have stayed longer. We did jet ski, parasail, mangrove tour and cable car.

It is a case of “if it’s reasonable” the staff will get it done! Examples: 1) We booked an early Mangrove Tour, so breakfast would be before opening hours. No problems - juice, bread and fruits were delivered to be stored In our room fridge. Main breakfast meals delivered early before the tour! 2) Wife & friends interested in the herbs in the garden.
