"Very good location ~ 👍👍👍"

"Great value for money, friendly staffs, great location, clean room, will definitely return for stay"

"The facilities are nice but the check in process is a hassle. It was about 20 minutes to get my room! Like I messaged them beforehand and they never replied and it was a mess. They’re not prepared to receive you cause they had to go get the key and that alone took like 10 minutes. The elevators do take a while too. Bathroom had a weird smell too."

"The location is good and the room is clean."

"Good accommodation with a good price in KL Sentral."

"Smooth check-in with clear instructions shared via WhatsApp. The room was very clean and comfortable. Overall, a pleasant stay!"

"I rarely write reviews but I really need to warn others. I am willing to edit this rating if there are concrete improvement plans. Unfortunately it was a very frustrating ordeal to get the key. The manager sent me the contact info of who to alert before I arrived. However, once I arrived, she was not present. I called the manager and he said "someone will be there soon." After waiting some time, a Grab driver delivered us with the key. But he had no instructions of how to enter the building....

"Provide better instructions on retrieving keys and contact person. Leave instructions in unit on how to use water heater/ AC. We figured out at the end of the stay how to get hot water in the shower. Ensure equipment are functional and not broken. Faucet in the master bedroom was broken. "

"We booked a one night stay to be close to the station and the express train to the airport. This location was great for that. It is an easy walk and to make sure we knew what to do we scoped out our route the night before. The place is a tall tower. There are great views from the pool deck and ample space for the digital nomad type (which we are not but still interesting to spy on that subculture). Nice stay."

"Good place to stay for the money we paid unfortunately the pool was advertised and it was closed for a month so that was a little disappointing but overall we had a good time"

"Nice property peace and quiet "
