"We booked a double room but what we were provided unfortunately wasn’t a full size double bed. The size of the room was very small and there were signs up apologising for this but I can live with a small room. There was no window in the room which made it feel even more claustrophobic. "It took me about three hours to check in. The website address is on the second floor. But the actual check in is on the 6th floor. I kept ringing the bell and knocking the door. Nobody answered Until one of the guests told me to check in on the 6th floor with a different hotel me. They should mention that on the website or posted a note on the second floor. When I finally talked to the staff, they said the computer is not working and they could not hear the phone ringing."

"Was extremely easy to get to from the airport and I got to try out the breakfast buffet before checking in. The service was amazing and everyone was so nice down to the security. The room was clean and very spacious. The only downside I can think of is that there really isn’t much within walking distance, but you should probably already know that going into it."

    "This was my 5th stay in the last 12 months. The property itself is ok (a little old and tired) but the staff is wonderful. This is especially true of the housekeeping and the concierge/porter. My man, Alex, at the concierge deserves a special mention. He is always cheerful, friendly and helpful. The location is great as well. Restaurants, convenience stores within short distances. Subway, train stations and buses so close. But I will always return because of their people."
