"It took me about three hours to check in. The website address is on the second floor. But the actual check in is on the 6th floor. I kept ringing the bell and knocking the door. Nobody answered Until one of the guests told me to check in on the 6th floor with a different hotel me. They should mention that on the website or posted a note on the second floor. When I finally talked to the staff, they said the computer is not working and they could not hear the phone ringing."

"We booked a double room but what we were provided unfortunately wasn’t a full size double bed.
The size of the room was very small and there were signs up apologising for this but I can live with a small room. There was no window in the room which made it feel even more claustrophobic. We both found it difficult to sleep in the small bed and I had to use the towels provided to cover part of me up when I slept, otherwise I would get cold as the single size bed cover wasn’t big enough for both of...
