"The only reason I gave 3 ⭐️ is because the beds are hard and not comfortable at all. Also, I had issues on my first night there. The outlets kept tripping in my room, the bed platform screeched like nails on a chalkboard, and I had 2 unknown people maybe even kids knock on my door and leave which of course made my dog bark. The rooms are very reminiscent of a cruise ship cabin where you hear everything outside, doors slamming, people walking, etc. I went downstairs to let the front desk know and they immediately switched me to an apartment type suite which was less stressful. A pillow case had some crusty fluid dried on it and so, I used other pillows, I also noticed a light brown stain on my sheet my last night there. The paneling underneath the TV and where the light fixtures are next to the bed were also off?? The shower wasn’t the best, it was like a rainfall shower head and isn’t an exactly made for thick haired women. My bathroom floor afterwards was also flooded due to the water escaping the shower. There only 1/2 a glass panel and not a shower curtain. Wanted to have a relaxing weekend but instead it was painfully uncomfortable and stressful. The location is a prime location."
