"The place was lovely especially the pool. You do have to understand that you are very much in nature so there were bugs in our room but it wasn't an issue. Shower was great staff were lovely. We only stayed one night as we had another place booked but the nature around us was lovely to hear and see. Breakfast was a buffet so got to try lots of bits and again the staff were there to explain what the bits were. Lovely stay."

The Westin is a beautiful hotel. The rooms are modern,clean and comfortable. We loved the bed and slept very well. The food is excellent. We really enjoyed the seafood and the breakfast buffet especially. The staff can't do enough for you and are very approachable. There are a few pools, a lovely pool bar and enough loungers around the place. There was so much to do in Langkawi, we wished we could have stayed longer. We did jet ski, parasail, mangrove tour and cable car.

If you like closeness to nature, this the place for you. Squirrels, birds and monkeys visited our balcony during our stay. The glass walled villa offers amazing view of the forest in all four directions but if you prefer privacy, draw the curtains, which we didn't have to use. Given the location, expect some ants, mostly in the bathtub but they don't bite or bother us. The adorable resident dogs do bark intermittently at night so bring ear plugs if necessary. Complimentary pickup/dropoff service...

My family really loves our stays at the villa. It was really clean and in good condition, the beds were comforfable, the villa surrounding was also very relaxing.
Unfortunately the water pressure for the shower head was too low, so it took longer time to rinse off the soap and shampoo.
Overall I would say my family enjoyed and have pleasant stay.

We booked 2 Longhouse rooms which were next to each other. Great if they have interconnecting rooms. We had a wonderful 2 nights stay at the clean and wonderful hotel. My whole family enjoyed the breakfast at the beautiful restaurant.The ambience is just so relaxing. Will definitely book this hotel again if we visit Langkawi.
