Nice hotel, friendly staff. The quality of rooms can be improved but in general room was clean, everything working, we choose bungalow not the room, so it was good choice. Public areas around very nice and greenery, very beautiful lighting during the night

The place is strategic near to pantai cenang... room spacious so comfort for 2 Adults 3 Children... the pool is nice with unicorn.... happy here

The swimming pool was probably the only good thing about this hotel. We booked a double room with shared bathroom and it felt like being in the staff quarters! Staff clearly didn’t enjoy their job and lady on reception in the afternoon was particularly unhelpful and blunt. Room was very run down and it felt like if you book the lower room types all they cared about was the money.

We were given a chalet at the end of the resort, facing a swamp & a compound that was being built. Debris everywhere. The plumbing was ancient and the moment we arrived, we saw dirty water coming out of the drain in the toilet. We had not even used the toilet yet. When we asked them to take a look, the housekeeping guy said will do something & left. We waited for almost an hour as my children wanted to use the toilet but no one came. Pool is run down, and the entire resort looks deserted. Worried for our safety & well-being, we checked out within 2 hours and went to another hotel.

If you like being in a natural environment, this is the place to be in. But be prepared to have encounters with cats and insects.... The restaurant which is 1 min away serves awesome food at reasonable value. We went as a big group of 30 pax and we enjoyed our stay. The common area accommodated is for our meals and late-night chats. The swimming pool looks deceiving though. It’s not as big as it looks in the pictures.

5mins drive from the beach. There were ants in the room and the aircon and tv remote control were not working. Requested for new towels and water on the next day but was told to go back and wait for house keeping to replace it for us - which never came.

Comfy bed but didn’t change sheets once during our stay Tatty furniture with cigarette burns in laminate and had seen better days about 10 years ago There did look to be some newer rooms on site which could have been better No proper cleaning of toilet or sink all week and coffee stains from previous guests on top of fridge on arrival Very poor cheap shower gel and shampoo that was replaced on a very minimal basis had to ask receptionist for more Good things were fridge worked well as did the air con and shower. The bathroom was outside so was very hot and humid and we did see a couple of cockroaches in there but never in room Price was good and was the reason for booking but we would not stay again Was a bit too far from town and beach but grab taxi only cost 75 pence each way

I have booked a superior family room that comes with 2 king size bed. Nice hotel especially with the kids. The pool is just outside my room and the kids are super excited. It’s only 10 min drive to Cenang Beach. Very convenient if you have small kids. Definitely will come back and stay. For the cleanliness : I hope the hotel will consider cleaning up the walls and the ceiling as I can see cobwebs.

Nice resort short driving distance to the airport

Housekeeping.
Overall the hotel was excellent. Great view & nice facilities. But......., the housekeeping staff was not friendly & avoid to clean my room eventhough the sign 'Please Clean My Room' was put on the door. It would be nice if the hotel have more cafe/restaurant (for breakfast) nearby.

Decent Stay
We Choose to stay in a couples bungalow the room was nice and comfy, below is the pros and cons Pros - Quiet during weekdays, Room was big, Pool was right in front of room, Alot of parking, Quick Check in Cons - Open air bathroom allows insects/cockroaches to fly in, room air-cond was hot in afternoon due to poor heat insulation, housekeeping doesn't clean room properly as there were dust and cobwebs on ceiling
