"The room was perfect for what we needed. It’s quite rare to find a property with a double and two single beds. The breakfast was perfect to set us up for the day, and the hostess was really helpful with local information. I would recommend this place if wanting to visit Venice, we prefer escaping the bustle of the centre and escaping by water taxi to this quieter location for the night. The nearby restaurants and bars were great."

"Fantastic hotel, located with a view of the causeway, right on the lagoon. There is a water bus stop near the hotel and the hotel is walking distance to the bus/train station and all the tourist attractions. The hotel is new, the rooms comfy and the breakfast excellent. Really happy with our stay."
