"This is a wonderful hotel with extremely friendly and helpful staff. It is a beautiful hotel with an amazing breakfast buffet. It's location is perfect access to old town shops and restaurants, including a couple of tailors with great prices within a block."

"Breakfast was very good with fresh fruit and a variety of hot choices. Room was bright and colourful and well appointed. The outstanding part of our stay was the reception staff. Jimmy, Celena and Linh were outstanding. Happy to change our room after one night to give us a quieter room. Helpful with directions and always a lovely smile. It was our first visit to Vietnam and made a strong impression. We recommend the hotel highly. The location is also great near the smaller lake and a variety of shops and restaurants. Being a smaller boutique hotel was also a good choice. "
