Staffs are friendly and polite. Location is great especially the linked mall and some nearby shops.

Getting around Batam is so easy. Upon reaching batam ferry terminal, just walk out to the taxi stand and this man issued a ticket for 70k rupiah taxi towards grands i hotel (near to nagoya hill mall) and he used his walkie talkie to call for a cab and there was a cab in literally 2 seconds. it is faster than taking out your phone and searching for a grab lol. the hotel lobby is so grand, checking in took less than 3 mins. we got the keys, breakfast was from 6am-10am and the snack bar is...

Hotel staff was very efficient and friendly, The room was great as well! The breakfast was probably one of the best I have ever had at a hotel in South East Asia. There are shops and eateries nearby and a nice shopping mall just about 5 minutes walk.

Room immaculate, staff lovely, recommend if u staying in Batam

Great location, alot of eateries in proximity. Rooms are clean, just that there is no gym or swimming pool.

Location good. Breakfast is good Room is clean

Nicely renovated hotel, near to nice coffeeshops and road side stalls. Located very near to major shopping malls and fast food too. Hotel room is very comfortable with nice street view. Staffs are friendly and accommodate. Book a non-smoking room and air is nice. ;) However, can improve on the cleanliness of the bedsheet as we notice some stains on the it.

Stayed for 1 night with 2 adults and 3 kids (aged 5, 8 and 10). Requested for connecting rooms and received it. Note that connecting rooms must be deluxe rooms with 1 king bed in one room and twin beds in the other. Rooms are modern, clean and well maintained. Just across the road is A2 foodcourt which has delicious seafood and BCS Mall which has an arcade, timezone, restaurants and cinema. Would love to come back again.

Helpful staff. Convenient location

Decent room at the price point.

Excellent place to stay..

I got the Deluxe Room for 2 pax, we even got the 1 for 1 Spa. Food was great and the romm great too. The view from the balcony was even greater.
