"Everything about the stay was great, fast checkin, good breakfast, helpful staff, good location, comfortable room. The only thing that would prevent me from staying there again is the noise from outside. I had a room overlooking the Main Street and frankly the noise from the traffic and particularly the trams meant I could not get a good nights sleep. There were also sounds coming from the inner workings of the hotel such as air flow, plumbing etc that kept me awake. "

"All in all relatively new place, reasonably clean and comfortable, helpful staff, serves the purpose, a bit far from downtown but cabs are fairly cheap. Suggestions: • No place to open luggage unless you place it in the living room, on the bed’s clean sheets, then take out the contents and place in the cup-board. If you are there for 3-4 days, hardly worth the effort; much easier to work out of the suitcase. • Would be prudent to provide a roll of paper towels • Would be nice to provide a pod...
