"I've traveled to a few places in the world, I come to Dominican Republic every month I stay in a lot of hotels or motels this is the worst of all of them... The check in process is horrible. No reception to check in, if you don't get there before 10pm you loose your reservation which is what happened to me. They have no parking just one electric door in a dark scary alley. I had to get a different hotel for the night. You'll lose the money if you come here."

"Excellence Carmen - Punta Cana is a "FABULOUS" resort. All the staff were very friendly. Rooms were spotless. Thank You "Irinese". Restaurants were "Very Good". Bartenders were on point every night. Ilroy (Magna bartender) Plenty of choices. Room service was delicious!! Only downside is the ongoing renovations. If you can block the noise out you should be able to have a great time. Only other unfortunate thing was that the steakhouse restaurants ran out of filet mignon. But other choices are available. This is by far the "Best" resort in the DR if you want to relax and unwind. Can't wait to return again."

La piscina y barra ubicadas en esta misma área son un ambiente más relajado en caso que necesites tomar un rato más relajante. 100% recomendado! En relación a las áreas verdes pude notar unas áreas descuidadas al igual el que en la habitación; plumas con moho, esta es para colgar la ropa corrohidos…. En resume requieren se les brinde más cariño y cuidado."
