"Perfect place for a family. We’ve been to a few other hotels in Cancun and Playa del Carmen and Villa del Palmar is by far the best in customer service and food! We loved our stay here. The staff kept checking up on us to see if we needed anything, they stocked the snacks everyday and cleaned the room at least twice a day. The only thing that I would say it’s worth mentioning is that it does not have a lot of entertainment. There were a couple of activities by the main pool during the day but nothing major. If you’re looking for a place to go out and dance at night time, this is not the place for you. There is zero nightlife here. We came with our 3 kids so we didn’t mind at all, we had a great time, but had we come alone it would’ve been a different story. Hope this helps!! "
