Hotels near Melaka Straits Mosque

"Was able to check in earlier at 2pm and check out late at 1pm. Hotel offered to upgrade 1 of our 2 rooms to premier suite but we rather stay put as interconnecting rooms. Rooms are slightly musty so we left the doors open for awhile everyday as windows cannot be opened. Parking with multiple entries at RM5 every 24hr. Need to validate touch & go card for each exit. "

"Location was great. Easy to walk to all the sights of Malacca plus two massive shopping malls close by. The rooms were large but had a very musky smell that lingered for our 2 night stay. The two large curtains remained shut as 1. There is no view 2. No net curtains for privacy. The bed was also one of the hardest mattresses I’ve ever slept on (but we did sleep okay). "

"Staff were very difficult to find at any given time. Showed up at 830pm to check in after a long day of travel with two small kids and there was no one at the front desk. Multiple posters said to call the same number. We tried about 20 times and waited 45 min without any luck. Left to find a different hotel and only then did we receive a message from them on whatsapp just saying "hi". Staff member who checked us in was bothered that we were mad and told us to speak to his boss so simply said that he was in Japan. No apology. Room was alright. Broken latch of the window was a safety hazard for the kids and there was hair in the beds. TV did not work."

"My issue was with the internet in the room I was given. Arriving late and tired I proceeded to try to have the no Internet issue corrected but after approx 2 hrs I moved to another room. Internet was ok but other issues like no towel's resolved in the morning. "

"Had a great time staying at this service apartment. Top notch amenities, super clean and Sean, the host has provided a great service. Felt like staying in my own home. Location is also very convenient to all tourist areas. Will be back again. "

" The location is fairly near the old town of Malacca - within 10 minutes driving time. Quite value-for-money if not because of the poor water pressure for its bathroom. "
