At this stage they don't yet have a food and beverage operator and so it is not ehat one would expect from a hotel-type setup, but the food was good and tasty, so I was pleasnatly surprised. Once the operator comes in and sets up the infrastructure, I expect it will be a very different situation. The building...

First we have dim sum for breakfast around 10 am. At 12 pm, we proceed for a 2 hour massage. Thereafter we checked in at the hotel at 3 pm. Evening we grab to 777 Pasar Malan Jalan tun aminah. After Pasar malam, we head back to food stalls next to hotel for satay. We had a wonderful time.

Location: Perfect, lotsa eateries and mini marts.
Check in process: Need improvement between housekeeping & management. Despite advising our check in time and confirmation that we were able to check in at 3pm, our keys arw not available as unit still under housekeeping status. Keys collected close to 5pm. We could have done so much things in that 2hrs waiting!
