Stayed in the villa, premium king room. Convinient location. Close to the beach, transportation, shops, dinning. Beach towels nice touch, just need to upgrade inventory. The pool is not too big and not very clean. Pool bar should be considered. Breakfast overall was good, except scrambled eggs for 4 days. Perhaps give other options on alternating days. We requested clean towels after 48 hrs since nothing is drying in the room. No housekeeping issues. Hooks on the wall would be very handy to hang clothes and towels. Overall good vibe hotel.

Over the last few years my husband and I love to visit Miami every few months. We stay in different hotels each time for fun, some have been great some not so much, however The President was as amazing as all the reviews state. Their photos on the web match what it looks like in real time. Everyone is friendly, the place is spotless and sheik, and the location is perfect. It’s hands down one of our best experiences in Miami by far!!! We will be back!!!

Good breakfast, good service by the team. For any issues, they got it resolved promptly. The only issue I had was when there was no electricity for over 6 hours and I felt they should have taken care by providing some kind of compensation, as I couldn't do anything plus it was very hot and humid.

We loved the fresh daily breakfast, the kindness of the staff and the cleanliness of the 3 rooms we reserved. Only thing you should note living in the villas is that the keycard can be tricky at times and one of the villas rooms toilet chain broke and we had to pull stopper inside back of toilet to flush….. it took two days for maintenance to finally fix….its a 4 min walk to the beach and 3 min walk to ocean drive….overall a pleasant stay….will return….would definitely recommend….

It was ok. They also had to fix our bathroom which had us walking around all over until they could get it fixed. They did let us borrow another room in the meantime to change from the pool but it was just for a few minutes. Finally by the time we got back it was done. But we were exhausted and still had to pack. The staff are very nice.
