"Good location, close to metro station and 7Eleven. Staff very nice and helpful, recommended nice ramen place nearby. Bedding v comfortable with choice of pillows. Great selection of toiletries and everything clean. Only downside was that aircon was not cool enough and we had to open the window. "

"The rooms are very small, but comfortable, after all this is Tokyo. The hotel staff were invariably polite, the maid service impeccable, the bathroom comfortable but stayed very humid, the breakfast mediocre but convenient The location is superb, not that much in surrounding restaurants, although we were able to walk to nearby “special places “with no problem. Good place for a short visit."

"Best hotel I've ever stayed in. It was clean and convenient. It is a little bigger than most hotels in Tokyo (the little hallway made a difference). They had great toiletries (the body scrubs were amazing) and the 24h complimentary coffees were great. The staff were so helpful in transferring my luggages. The Shimbashi station made it easy to get around the city. I would come back for sure. "
