"Love the view in our rooms. Staff very nice and excellent location. Close to station and lots of restaurants but still have some peaceful vibe as the hotel not really in the middle of busy street. Breakfast are lovely but as we are spending 4 nights it has become very repetitive and boring as they are not changing the menu at all. Will be back in 2 weeks after travelling around Japan and they stored some of our luggages for free until next check-in."

"I stayed at the Mitsui Premier Hotel for five nights. The room was a bit small, but it was manageable and clean. The bed was comfortable, and the location was very central to all the high-end shopping districts. The hotel is closer to Shinbashi station than Ginza station, about a 10-minute walk. (Also should checkout the Shinbashi station area, very busy and fun when sun down) The staff was very attentive and friendly. I especially appreciated Julia from reception for helping me find a “last-minute” restaurant for my friends birthday dinner. There are many restaurants nearby, as well as a 7-Eleven and a very nice coffee shop called Northern Wood which opposite the hotel, they make great coffee, which is perfect for a morning pick-me-up. I would recommend this hotel."

"This was my first ever hotel for my first visit to Japan. I was amazed by how the hotel looked and the staff friendliness. They made sure you had everything you need (toothbrush, mouthwash, body cloths, hairbrush, slippers, pyjamas). The staff would greet you once you arrived as well, which I found to be great. Amazing hotel to kick off my Japan Trip, would come here again."

"Great hotel. Has all you need in terms of toiletries and it’s cleaned and restocked daily. In terms of breakfast we needed vegetarian bits and they remembered us for the rest of the stay! The hotel is clean and the lounge area with free tea/ coffee/ wine is lovely. The terrace was nice too. The fitness centre only had a few cardio machines and a bench. There were no weight machines, no dumbbells and only one floor mat so bring your resistant bands if you need for this one! The surrounding area is nice a quiet. There’s 2 subways within 5 minutes walk."
