Beautiful hotel located close to the Tamachi train station. Our room was quite large by Japanese standards. The bathroom has a wonderful soaking tub. And the hotel provides amenities, including a bath powder. A great way to relax after a busy day of touring. The hotel offers a breakfast buffet. Instead we went across to the grocery store (Life) and picked up food for breakfast. We enjoyed the hotel’s complimentary espresso. There is also a food court about a block away. Excellent selection of local food at good prices.The staff was charming. Little English spoken. Google translate helped out there. We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel.

I would recommend this hotel to my family, friends, and strangers. The location is perfect, closer to the tamachi train station, right across the street from a 7-11 convenience store, and has local restaurants.

I’ve stayed here 4 times over 2 years for business and it’s been consistently good. Close to Tamachi Station and staff is very friendly. Rooms are clean, breakfast included had variety and was a mix of Japanese and North American style. I’ve stayed in a few places in Japan and we keep coming back here.

Place is clean and staff are nice. There are a few convenient stores nearby and walking distance to the JR train station about 9 minutes. The laundry facility is always busy and takes over 2hrs for a load. Would be nice if they put a seating area and restrict people from leaving their laundry in the machine for a long time. There is a sign to get your laundry promptly but there are people that don't care.

check in horrible, not welcoming! cleaning system is awkward, you have to put your garbage and towels outside and collect the towels and plastic bags outside. got much better hotels in Japan for less.
