"Well kept hotel. Has all the ammenities. Convenience store on second floor. Worked fine for us as a base to sleep at during our 11 days in Tokyo. Very close to Ryogoku Station. Quiet area with food options around. I really can't say anything bad about the place. The bathrooms are a bit small in the room, but I'm a larger guy and understand. People complain about the elevators, which is fair, but they need to realize they aren't the only people staying there and it's a busy hotel. They have "busy periods" which you should plan ahead and not need to use during those times. Again, overall satisfied with our stay. Thank you!"

"Just stayed the 1 night before flight home. What a great hotel. Good straight walk to Tokyo station and one of the friendliest staff you’ll find. Really impressed with check in/check out. Room just big enough for 3 people. Clean. Would definitely stay again. The staff can definitely make your stay a memorable one. "

"The staff here was very helpful. The room was clean and roomy with a dining area. The in-room laundry was great, but takes time to run a complete cycle. The location is convenient to the Nihombashi underground station, a 7-11, a drug store , and a supermarket. Although it's near Ginza it's a business district, so it's very quiet in the evening. There are a couple of little restaurants nearby including a tempura restaurant that's over a 100 years old, but you have to make reservations well ahead of time. It's easy to get to areas on Tokyo's East side like the imperial palace, Asakusa, Ginza. "

"The room was "small" but very clean. Lots of amenities which we took advantage of. The check in staff was very excellent! We were there early because we disembarked from a cruise ship. They let us check in and leave our luggage there. When we returned, we found out that they already delivered our luggage to the room (like on a cruise ship)!!! The staff was also very helpful and patient with the many times we asked for directions. And last, they also called a cab for us and helped the driver and us load the cab with the luggage!!! What great customer service!!!"

"Very good location. Helpful staff. Adequate room size. Loved Toto the bidet. Just hoped if in future they can add microwaves in each floor. currently its there in 6 & 8 Floor.. By the time you heat it in a different floor and come back it gets cold."
