"Staff was a little rude with my kids for the capsule box they have in the front. My kid was playing with it she was mad with him he didnt have money yet she yelled at him if you have no money don’t play! That was very rude of her! It’s a kid toy after all they can’t expect kids not to play with it! So I was disappointed with her behaviour but the hotel was excellent. "

"Fantastic hotel and lively rooms would highly recommend. Did want to use the spa but was told it was a naked spa only. I appreciate places in Japan have naked spas but as a small hotel of the world I would have liked this to have been very clear when booking as we felt we missed out on something we wanted to use. "
