This is a great place with even better value. The room is huge and clean, with all the necessary facilities including kitchenette (hint: There're salt and oil given too!). The staff are extremely friendly and help, and speaks good english. You'll definitely need a car to stay here.

Terrific experience- hands down the beat hotel in Florence

clean room, espetacular design, modern

Fantastic place for the perfect holiday. Everything was perfect, service, location, the room, and even the dining places. Highly recommend!

Besides the renowned roof top view of the Florence city, we are also captivated by the awesome breakfast served every morning. One morning when we need to leave early (7am) for cinque terre tour, hotel actually arranged for some fruits and bread to be delivered the night before. Very sweet of them. Superb service! Hotel also arranged special bottle of proseco for our honeymoon stay! Will definitely return to this hotel for our stay in florence P.S. One should try the egg omelette as wife and...

Everything was perfect, except some minor details. It's related to one particular staff, but details matter when expectations are set so high. The service and hospitality that the staff provided. Shout out to the senior gentleman who wears a spectacle, he was so attentive and ensure our stay was smooth. Also the lady who was wears a red glasses, very friendly. The breakfast spread was also a delight with wide varieties options. A great start of the day after the breakfast. Thanks for the welcoming gift and making our stay memorable.

The staff at Hotel Rapallo were always greeting us cheerfully and also assisted to quickly print our train tickets when we were in a rush to catch our train to the next city. The hotel room was clean and cosy. Breakfast was a nice touch!

Great hospitality and central location.
