"It’s unique, comfortable, clean, modern, and very hi tech. Once I figured it out, I loved it. Especially the hot beverage machine!"

"Outstanding room overlooking the lake and Queenstown. Staff member at the front desk was exceptionally helpful. A bit tricky getting there and parking across the way for a fee. Water Taxi fee is nonrefundable. It broke down and so we lost money. HOWEVER, the receptionist kindly held on to our tickets and other guests were able to use it and he gave us credit. Driving into town is busy and finding parking a challenge so look for the car park. It will cost you around the same price for the water taxi! What a fun place to visit! "

"Well appointed room, clean and comfortable. Separate bedroom with kitchenette and laundry. We loved having the washer and spin dryer in our room, we did several loads of laundry. We still had to hang our clothes to dry as they were still damp, but we managed. Still very convenient. Beautiful room. "

"We stayed in an ensuited double room, which was small but neat and clean and had everything we needed. The kitchen was well equipped (though cutlery was a bit scarce!) and generally clean. Staff were friendly and location was good. Would definitely stay here again."
