"Absolutely wonderful staff. Daughter had a medical emergency and the staff went above and beyond to help us get her to the hospital and then to make her feel comfortable after the hospital they decorated the room and gave her presents. It was so amazing of them."

"The views are excellent and hotel staff are wonderful and.helpful. Bathroom showers water leaks to adjoining toilet. More hooks to hang towels and robes will be great. We enjoyed the complimentary teas and coffees. A lot of walking to food court is needed and I wish there are more convenient food take out shops like sandwich/coffee/burger nearby."

"Back again after just two weeks! I chose the same hotel and was lucky enough to get the exact same room on the 60th floor, which includes access to the lounge up on the 65th. The room and the views are absolutely stunning. I originally picked it for the balcony and the incredible floor-to-ceiling, wall-to-wall windows. They also have a unique lighting system I haven’t seen in other hotels, which lets you set soft, relaxing lights throughout the room, toilet, and shower. I really appreciate that they offer filtered drinking water and put a strong focus on the environment. On top of that, the bed and pillows are truly among the best I have ever experienced anywhere. Check-in was fast and seamless. The lounge access is worth every penny—the complimentary drinks during cocktail hours, the high-quality food options, and the exceptional breakfast are outstanding. Plus, the lounge offers a spectacular view of Singapore both day and night. I will definitely be returning to this hotel very soon."

"The executive suite was fantastic, however, you’ll definitely wanna book breakfast as an add-on. Studio 26 was really good as a break out space, and they had decent coffee, fruit and snacks, however, nothing to replace a meal."

"The Grand. Copthorne Waterfront, was an excellent choice. The greeting from the doorman, the reservation assistant provided excellent service at every interaction. My room was well appointed with modern comfortable beds. I was given an accessible room, which for me was most suitable. Now about the mushroom soup in the Lobby Lounge.I have eaten lots of mushrooms soups in a variety of place's, but none compares to this. We ate there two days. My friend had breakfast at the buffet and raved about the offerings of food items. I would recommend Grand Copthorne Waterfront to anyone seeking a walkable area,a place with excellent staff and comfortable rooms. I will definitely stay there again. S.L.
