"Great location! Free breakfast is actually not bad. Only had it once during my 3 day stay, but it helps to start your day. Room is small, which is normal for Japanese hotels. Beds are hard and stiff, so if it’s a dealbreaker for you, I recommend looking somewhere else. Lobby is always busy, as they bring tourists from China everyday by bus "

"Room was spotless and clean everyday. We stayed for 9 days. The buffet breakfast was Western style and authenticThai Style as the chefs are Thais. As for the staffs they were all knowledgeable ,courteous and accomodating as to our needs. The 24hrs onsite gym has well stock modern equiptments...no waiting. The hotel is in the heart of Dotonburi,Osaka castle and many shopping and historical sites. I will most definitely recommend this hotel to my friends and family. I will return to this hotel again next year."

"Location: It is very convenient. Near the train station, supermarket, shopping center and close to tourist attractions. Room: The room is clean and modern. It has a view of the City. Only compliant is that there is no safe in the room. Will stay again when go to Osaka."
